Drilling has been completed at Rapha Community Center. The project is being supervised by Mark Purington from the Eleos Project, an International Development organization based in Denver, Colorado. After drilling to a depth of 200 meters, the team installed the steel casing and flushed the borehole. Next they will use a test pump to determine the yield of the borehole, and then they will test the water to make sure it is safe to drink. We look forward to sending another update once these steps have been completed. This is an immense accomplishment for our community in Kenya, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped us reach this goal. Thank you!
